Questions landlords ask

Where does the rent figure come from?

The Office for National Statistics Price Index of Private Rents. It is the official measure of private rents, built from real rents paid on new and existing tenancies, and published every month for each council area.

Will my property let for this amount?

It is the average for homes with the same number of bedrooms in your council area. New lets often achieve more than the average, because it includes tenancies that started years ago. Condition, parking, garden and the exact street all make a difference, which is why we follow up with a figure for your property.

What does full management cost?

8% of the rent each month, with no set-up fee and no VAT. Finding and referencing the tenant, inspections, rent reviews, notices and renewals are all included.

Can I use you just to find a tenant?

No. We only offer full management, because we stand behind the tenant we choose for the whole tenancy.
